If This Then That is an automation site that can be programmed into responding to any situation. Have a great joke ready for the next snow storm? Plug it in to IFTTT and let the robot do the rest. IFTTT can be linked with Buffer or HootSuite.


When you're constructing posts, it's important to use a site like Bitly to track the clicks on your links. In addition to shortening links (for sites like Twitter), Bitly can show how many people clicked on the link and from what part of the world. The best part - it's all free.
